The UK Office has been closed for over 2 years now. You may want to visit our new download site at http://www.m2ksoftware.com where the download is avaiable for $99.
There is also a bonus download of our Eraser Disk. It is not available at this site for $99. The download here is $249. Hope this helps!

My customer # is 237881. I purchased Micro-Scope V16 Quattro 0-31 on Dec 26, 2012 and noticed there is a new version, how do I download the new version?
This is the current version. We are due to release the upgrade within 60 days.
I sent this email to your support email address a few days ago, but all I every got was an automated email saying it was received. Your support is not very efficient at answering email (been there before).
I have MicroScope Ver. 16 rev 031, USB-Scope Ver. 2.05P and MemScope Ver. 4.0. Are these still the newest versions? If not, how do I go about getting the newest versions?

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. The version you have is current, although the new version is soon to be released. It will be “MS 2013″ and is scheduled for release in August.
Hello support.
We are getting failures showing up on some i series Intel processors.
The models in question are a Lenovo T410 With an i5 processor and a Fujitsu
P400 core i3.
The error we are getting is -
“Multi-Processor Test : MP Test #2FAILED”
We are also getting an error on -
“RTC RAM Test : RTC Failed, 38 55 00″
This is on the Lenovo only.
The Version of Micro scope we are using is Ver. 16 rev J29.
Is this version up th these processors or are these real faults?
